Infectious Diseases

IITRI has more than 40 years of experience in the preclinical development of novel therapeutics and vaccines to protect against infectious diseases. Our services include efficacy and potency evaluations, toxicology and safety assessments, as well as analysis of human clinical trial samples.

Our laboratory and vivarium space contains Biosafety Level 2 and 3 facilities, fully functional with the latest equipment to conduct pathogenic agent studies. We have an extensive collection of animal models, including in vivo models of bioaerosol exposure, and will work collaboratively with sponsors to design and develop custom animal models.
